Step 1: Assessment
During this process we take a look at your organizational and operational infrastructure, your facility infrastructure and finally your network infrastructure. This knowledge creates the framework to develop a successful implementation strategy.
Step 2: Implementation
During this process we guide our clients through the acquisition of hardware and software, installation, configuration and training. These steps are often overseen by a Project Manager using project management methodologies. Putting all the right pieces in the right places.
Step 3: Analysis
Analysis of an implementation of new service or solution is critical. It will provide the basis of our next steps to continually improve performance and efficiency.

Part-time IT Support Technician
Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Ticket requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Must be task driven and have the ability to manage their time.
